📢Great Morning, Trojans!
🎉🏹Congratulations to all who made Friday's First-Ever Archery Tournament hosted at Brooks County a HUGE success! Please see the attached picture for a look at the first flight. A special thank you to our coaches, Lisa Vincent, Harley Williams, and Carter Brogdon for all the work they put in, and to Jack Pridgen and his staff for some innovative engineering to get the net placed. Noah Grage led all BCS archers with a personal-best 248, while Bo Wade paced the HS with a 245. Great Job to everyone!
🎉⚽Congratulations to our Varsity Boys' & Girls' Soccer Teams for their region wins over Lanier Co and Turner Co last week. Tuesday night we host Atkinson County in what will determine the region championship for the boys and the 2 seed for the girls. Seniors will also be recognized in between games. Please make it out to Veterans Stadium to check them out!
🎉⛳Congratulations to our Golf Program! Luke Hylton was low medalist shooting even par 36 at Francis Lake Thursday, and Noah Grage led the MS program in both of their matches, shooting 45 and 48.
🎉⚾⚽Congratulations to MS Baseball and MS Soccer for finishing their seasons with us already excited about next year! Baseball fell to Irwin County in the playoffs, but will only be graduating one 8th grader this season. Soccer Boys and Girls both ended on a high note with victories over Scintilla last week.
⚠We have another week full of opportunities for you to come catch your Trojans in action!
🙏Thank you for all you do for our student-athletes!

During the last Brooks County School District Student Services Meeting, where the school counselors and nurses get together to celebrate successes and collaborate to solve concerns, the nurses presented the idea of getting Ambu Bags (manual resuscitator) and LifeVacs in order to add to their arsenal of ways to create a safe environment and aid in case of an emergency. Ambu Bags are used in emergency situations to help patients breathe, and a LifeVac is a non-powered, portable suction device designed to clear a choking victim's airway by creating a vacuum. We love our nurses and how they work hard to always keep our students safe and healthy!!! #SchoolNurses
