📢 Great Morning Trojan Nation! 🥎🏐 Unfortunately, last week saw the seasons for both our BCHS Softball and Volleyball teams come to an end in the playoffs. Thank you to the ladies, coaches, and all of the people involved in supporting these programs, and for making 2023 a year of multiple "firsts". We are already looking forward to next year! 🏀 Congratulations to our BCMS Boys and Girls Basketball Teams. The Boys recorded wins over Scintilla and Lanier, while the Girls beat Valdosta (twice) and Lanier. We host Berrien tonight at BCMS. Boys & Girls, A and B teams, starting at 4. If you have not made it out to see these athletes in action, this is the perfect opportunity to catch them all in one place. 🎭 Great job by our One-Act play in their first community performance Saturday night. They will have another "tune-up" Tuesday evening at the PAC, then will compete for the region title Thursday at Irwin County. Come out Tuesday night to catch the show. Comedy for all ages!! 🔵🔴🏈 Finally, Congratulations to our Varsity Football Trojans on their Region-Opening win over Irwin County, 21-6. Our young men were well-prepared and played with the passion and intensity we have all grown to expect in Quitman. Thank you to the band, cheerleaders, dance, auxiliary, and fans for turning Ocilla into Quitman North! This Friday will see us hosting Bacon County for another important region matchup, as well as an opportunity to honor our Friday-Night Seniors before the game. Kickoff is at 7:30, and Senior Night festivities will begin at 7.
