📢Great Morning, Trojans! 🎉🏀Congratulations to our BCMS Girls' Basketball Team for going undefeated last week with wins over Brookwood, MacIntyre Park, and Clinch Co. Our MS Basketball programs are back in action Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday this week. 🎉🎶Congratulations to The Empire of Sound for its performance Saturday at the Deep South Band Competition. Please see the following accolades earned: 🏆Best In Class - Drum Major, Color Guard, Majorette, Danceline, Drumline, Band 🏆Excellent Rating - Drum Major, Color Guard, Majorette, Drumline, Band 🏆Superior Rating - Danceline This was after yet another outstanding performance in Ocilla Friday night. ⚠🏀👧Our HS Girls Varsity Basketball Team will open its season with a scrimmage at Valdosta Saturday night. Expectations are VERY high for the Lady Trojans this year! Good luck, ladies. 🏈Finally, we need to clear up exactly where we stand with football region standings as there is a vast amount of misinformation floating around. Clinch Co and Charlton Co play this Friday, the 8th, and it is of great interest to us. ⚠If Clinch Co beats Charlton Co, there will be a 3-way tie between Brooks, Irwin, and Clinch as all will have 1 loss. In that case, we win the region based on point differential. ⚠If Charlton Co beats Clinch Co, Irwin and Brooks will be tied at the top of the region with 1 loss. Irwin Co won the head-to-head matchup, so we would be the 2 seed. 🎉Either way, we will be hosting the first round of the playoffs on Saturday, November 16th. Time TBA.
