Trojanettes Showcase

Congratulations to the Trojanettes Competitive Dance Line who competed at the Universal Dance Association's Peachtree City Dance Championship this weekend.  The Trojanettes' 3 solos performed extraordinarily well, with 7th grader Camryn Holmes receiving 6th place in Junior Solos, Freshman Aniyah McCloud placing 5th in Junior Solos, and Freshman Anna Perry coming in 7th in Teen Solos.  As a team, the Trojanettes won First Overall in Junior Varsity Game Day, First Overall in Junior Varsity Pom, and First Overall in Junior Varsity Hip Hop.  In addition to their Divisional Championships, the Trojanettes were awarded the Overall Best of the Competition Sportsmanship Award for "exceptional consideration for fairness, ethics, respect and fellowship with their competitors" out of all 22 schools competing Saturday. Since their creation in April of 2018, the Trojanettes have received a total of 4 State (3 Georgia and 1 Florida) Titles, 2 Overall Specialty Awards, Crowned 3 All-American Dancers, and have received a total of 8 bids to Nationals!  Team members are : Kaliya Wilson, MacKenna Fountain, Marquel Harrison, Ja’Narion Smith, Jaleyah Little, Anna Perry, Aniyah McLeod, and Camryn Holmes.
