Little Selected for Two College Board Recognition Programs

Brooks County  High School senior Jaleyah Little was recently notified by David Coleman, Chief Executive Officer of the The College Board that she had been selected for the College Board National African American Recognition Program and the College Board National Rural and Small Town Recognition Program. Miss Little was selected for the recognitions because of her remarkable academic achievements and outstanding performance on the PSAT and/or AP.  As a recognition program winner, the College Board will highlight her achievement to more than 1,500 colleges who are looking to connect with students like her. This recognition will help colleges see the potential and power of Miss Littleā€™s curiosity and her commitment to learning.
