
We are so excited to see all of our students for the first day of the 2021-2022 school year tomorrow, Monday, August 9th! Student arrival is from 7:30-7:55. The tardy bell rings at 8:00. If your student arrives after 7:55, he/she must report to the front office to check in. Bus dismissal is at 2:45 and car rider dismissal starts at 2:55. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!


REMINDER: All 7th grade students MUST have an immunization form on record with all required immunizations. Please bring these the first day of school. 7th graders who do not have these on the first day of school will not be allowed to attend school until a completed immunization form is brought to the school.

6th Grade Orientation 10-12: This includes TORCH 6th graders; they will return to the cafeteria at 11:00 to proceed with the TORCH orientation.
TORCH Orientation 11-12: This is only for the NEW 7th and 8th Grade TORCH students, as well as the 6th grade TORCH students.

Parents/Guardians of 7th Grade Students: One dose of the Tdap Vaccine and one dose of the Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine are required for all 7th grade students. On the first day of school, students must be prepared to supply the front office with their Certificate of Immunization {Form 3231}. BCMS: Sixth Grade Orientation will be held July 27th from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Sixth grade students will meet their teachers, visit classrooms, and have an opportunity to ask questions about the transition to middle school. We can't wait to see you!


BCMS: Report Card Pickup is today from 9:00 - 2:30. Please stop by the front office to collect your report card, drop off Chromebooks, and pay fees if you owe for media center materials or technology.

BCMS: Please remember that Tuesday, 5/25/21, is the last day of school. Students will be dismissed at 11:30. Please be sure to return Chromebook and chargers, and remember that report cards will be available on Friday. We've truly enjoyed this year, and we wish everyone a safe and happy summer break!

BCMS: Our yearbooks are in! Please see Mrs. Hiers to pay your $20 and get your book filled with memories of a great school year! A limited number of yearbooks were ordered, so please be sure you don't wait until the last minute to grab yours!

BCMS: Please remember that face-to-face students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m., Monday - Friday of this week. Please arrive by 8:00 a.m. and report directly to your homeroom class. Virtual students should arrive at 12:00 p.m. for GMAS testing; please enter the building through the front office. Seventh and eighth grade students will begin testing on Monday, and sixth grade students will begin testing on Wednesday.


BCMS: Due to unforeseen circumstances, sixth grade GMAS testing has been postponed to Wednesday, 5/19/21; this is for both face-to-face and virtual learners. Sixth graders will take ELA Part I on Wednesday, ELA Parts II and III on Thursday, and Math on Friday.

BCMS: Mrs. Rickards is ready to begin inventorying books in our media center. Please remember there is a drop box in front of the school that you can use to return any media center materials you have in your belonging.
