Pre-K registration will begin March 19-23, from 8 am to 4 pm.
Required documents to complete registration:
1.Birth certificate (Child must be four(4) years of age on or before Sept. 1, 2018)
2. Copy of child's Social Security card
3.Shot record (form 3231)
4. Certificate of eye, ear, dental, and nutritional screening (Form 3300)
5.Copy of Peach State, Medicaid or food stamp card (if applicable)
6.Proof of residence within the State of Georgia
