Pre-K Registration Handbook

Parents or legal guardians only will be able to register children.

Pre-Kindergarten children must be four (4) on or before September 1 to register for Pre-Kindergarten.

Please bring these documents:

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Eye, Ear, & Dental Certificate

• Proof of residence. (Rental agreement, or utility bill)

• Immunization Form (3231)

ENROLLMENT for Pre-K IS OPEN AND NON-DISCRIMINATORY.

It is not necessary to bring your child to registration.
