The Georgia Council on Economic Education hosted its annual Econ Games Competition at the UGA Conference Center in Tifton today. Out of 26 teams, our 4th grade team came in 2nd place and our 5th grade team came in 1st place. Our 4th grade team, lead by Dante Shamburger, won a trophy, medals, and a $15 gift card for each member. Our 5th grade team, lead by Jan Hasenfelt, won a trophy, medals, a $25 gift card for each member, and a banner to display in our school. We are so proud of our Econ Games Winners!
