It would be nearly impossible to find anyone at BCMS who doesn’t see Mrs. Hathaway’s unwavering dedication to supporting every student, every day. She consistently goes above and beyond—whether she’s meeting students’ social-emotional needs, partnering with teachers and families to ensure every child feels seen and valued, or championing academic opportunities through efforts like the REACH Scholarship Program.
Mrs. Hathaway’s calm demeanor, strong relationships with students, and readiness to step in wherever she is needed make an incredible difference in our school community. She is a daily example of leading with heart, speaking up for students, and putting their needs first.
