🧠💭 Our BCHS Algebra class displayed teamwork by working in collaborative pairs to classify rational and irrational numbers. The results were phenomenal! Working together allowed our students to discuss their thoughts, share their reasoning, and learn from each other. Our BCHS Environmental Science class had an exciting day with a hands-on lesson about lichen! Who says you have to travel to learn? Our students had the opportunity to observe, touch, and learn from through this hands-on experience because we have lichen growing right here on the campus. It's amazing how nature can be our best teacher! Thank you Mr. Doughty and Mrs. Hasenfelt for using nature to support the learning your students can't get inside the classroom. 🌳🍂
