Due to inclement weather, the Skillet Festival has been cancelled for tomorrow (Saturday) so DIS report cards will be sent home today with the students.

Just a reminder that report card pickup will be held at the Brooks County Courthouse during the Skillet Festival on Saturday, October 19 from 9AM-4PM for Delta students. Students should bring home this flyer today.

A Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday, October 22 from 9AM-2PM at Brooks County BOE. Donors must be at least 16 years old. Those who are 16 years old will need parental permission. Sign up with Mrs. Pam Mobley at 229-588-2351 or pmobley@brooks.k12.ga.us.

Delta Innovative School will be participating in Red Ribbon Week Activities from October 23-31. The dress up days will be sent home on October 21. Join us as we take and sign the pledge against drugs!

Delta Innovative School students can sign up for the ASVAB test now with Ms. Thompkins. The actual test date will be November 7.

Delta Innovative School will be having an ASVAB Presentation on Monday, October 7 at 10am. Please join us for important information on the ASVAB.

Delta will help celebrate Homecoming Week for Brooks County starting September 30-October 4 by participating in all of the dress up day activities. The theme for this year is Small Town, Big Dreams. We will send the schedule home today with all students.

Come out and share your favorite book with Delta Innovative School anytime on Friday, September 6 for National Read a Book Day!

Open House for Delta Innovative School will be TOMORROW from 6pm-8pm. School begins on Thursday, August 8. No students before 7:30am! Contact the Transportation Department with bus concerns at 229-588-2340.

Attention Graduates: Wiregrass Georgia Technical College will be having Free Application Week for Fall Semester June 17- June 20 from 7:30-5:30. Please apply in person if you are interested!

DIS 2019 Graduates: Don't forget that you can donate your cap and gown to the school. We would really appreciate it.
